It
has always been the dream of Mitron to help Minor Hockey Associations

young players. In the pursuit of this goal, we have invested over 25 years
of ongoing research and refinement of our coaching resources into what
has become the first world-class curriculum-based development model. This
model, The Mitron High Performance Hockey Development System, provides
the means for Associations to finally deliver 'consistent' programming
for all player levels, in spite of unavoidable coaching turnover. To assist
Associations in adopting our hockey development system within their organization,
an 'Implementation Package' provided to help educate and train
coaches in how to work with and use their Mitron Hockey Curriculum Sets.
Here's what your Mitron Implementation Package includes...
- Curriculum Set (Each Head Coach receives a Curriculum Set for his player level)
- Instruction Video (Master copy of instructional video for copying and distribution to coaches)
- Initiation Implementation Clinic (Full-day) Coaches receive in-depth overview in the utilization of the Mitron Hockey Development System. The clinic will also introduce unique and practical ways to implement the very latest in sport science and teaching methodology contained in this world-class curriculum based hockey development model. The day ends with an on-ice demonstration.
- Training Weekend Clinic (Day and a Half) This clinic is designed to allow your coaches to receive "hands-on" follow-up training in how to use their Mitron resources.
- On-going Toll-Free Support (Available to every coach in your Association)
